SOUL Cooking straight from the heart

Ma-Hé is a passion project for our founder, Manoj, with his deep-rooted Indian heritage and sheer adoration of South Indian coastal cookery. Having sampled some of the regions finest cuisines and acquiring expert knowledge of the distinct flavour profiles of each of its dishes, his partnership with Chef Shyam transform Ma-Hé into a unique dining sanctuary. Partnering with friend and business partner, Mason Asgha, the trio set out to showcase the authentic flavours of Indian cuisine with masterful cookery that comes straight from the heart.

Chef Shyam’s skills have taken him around the world. Turning his hand to every cuisine at the highest levels, winning Michelin acclaim and launching prestigious international fine dining establishments, his heart and his hands have brought him home, to the food of his childhood.
